Your Pocket of Games account is a single, unified account that spans all of our applications — Pocket Cassino, Pocket Sudoku, Pocket Solitaire, and Pocket Domino, and any future apps we publish. Your In-Game Token wallet is held at the account level and applies to every app.

Option 1 — In-App Deletion

In any of our apps, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion submitted through any app applies to your entire Pocket of Games account.

Option 2 — Web-Based Request

Send an email to contactus@pocketofgames.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and:

  • The email address or third-party sign-in identity associated with your account
  • The approximate date you created your account
  • If you played as an anonymous user, the app name and your device advertising identifier, if available

We will acknowledge within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Important: Cancel Subscriptions First

Deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel separately through your platform:

  • iOS / iPadOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  • Android:Google Play app > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Identity Verification

We will use reasonable measures to verify your identity before processing — typically confirming control of the email address on file.

How Deletion Is Processed

After we verify your request, your Pocket of Games account is placed in a pending-deletion state on our servers, and your access to all Services is ended immediately. During the pending-deletion window (currently 30 days), your account record is retained in a deactivated, non-active state. After the pending-deletion window elapses, our automated purge process removes the account record and the personal data tied to it from our primary systems. During the pending window your email address is held in a reserved state; after purge, the same email address becomes available for use with a new account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account information across all apps
  • Gameplay data in every app
  • Your entire In-Game Token wallet balance (forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise)
  • Settings and preferences in every app

What May Be Retained, and For How Long

  • Active systems — personal information removed within 30 days of a verified request.
  • Backups — encrypted backups overwritten on a 90-day rotation.
  • Financial records — retained as required by US federal and state tax law (typically seven years).
  • Fraud and abuse records — limited retention.
  • Aggregated/de-identified data — may be retained indefinitely; cannot be linked back to you.
  • Third-party platforms — Apple, Google, Facebook, etc. retain data under their own policies.
